Juicing is definitely the easiest way for me to get my greens and nutrients in daily (and it’s absolutely delicious)! Stick around for the perfect green juice recipe! Quick shout out to my wonderful bf for holding the cutting board for this pic 🙂

Serving Size: 3-4
Ingredients
- 3-4 kale leaves
- 2 apples
- 1 diced cucumber (shaved, optional)
- 3/4 cup of diced pineapple

Directions
My only advice: When juicing leafy greens like kale, alternate between more water-based veggies/fruit like cucumber! Stir and serve. Optional: Use a strainer to separate the pulp from the juice (depending on the type of juicer you’re using and if you don’t like the texture of the pulp — keep in mind, it’s usually nutritious)
