This Week: Avocado Bagels

Hi Friends!

This week, I will be sharing one of my favorite breakfast meals to make. It’s pretty quick and easy, so stick around to see. If you like avocado toast, you’ll love the avocado bagel!

Ingredients


Serving Size: 2-4

  • Everything bagels (or any bagel you choose)
  • Half avocado
  • Cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Seasonings. I use chili powder, lemon pepper, and sea salt
  • Sriracha hot chili sauce

Directions

Feel free to change up any seasonings or toppings to your liking. I will just be sharing my routine for making this breakfast! Sometimes, I even add bacon strips! We love a good freestyle meal 🙂


  1. Toast bagel halves.
  2. Spread cream cheese on toasted bagels then mash avocado on top of each half. Season.
  3. Cook eggs over medium. Season.
  4. Slice and add sliced tomatoes to each half while eggs are cooking. Lightly season.
  5. Add cooked eggs over each bagel half.
  6. Add sriracha sauce and serve!
