Trip to Missoula, Montana

When my friend randomly asked me if I wanted to go skiing in Montana, I knew I had to say yes. I had never been skiing before, and the thought of exploring the beautiful mountains out west was too tempting to pass up.

I packed my bags and headed to Montana. I met a friend in Denver, then we flew to Missoula. The snow-capped mountains and clear blue skies were absolutely breathtaking.

Our days were filled with skiing, hiking, and exploring the charming towns of Montana. We ate yummy meals and drank lots of local beer.

Another day, we skied down the most beautiful slopes we had ever seen at Discovery and Lookout Pass Ski Resorts. I took ski lessons, laughed, fell, and I got back up again.

On our final day, we drove over to Quinn’s Hot Springs Resort. It was quiet and peaceful, we felt like we had the entire world to ourselves, though we were surrounded by others in the pools.

As our trip came to an end, I realized that I had experienced something truly special. Montana had left me feeling both fulfilled and exhausted, with memories that I would cherish forever. I felt more in tune with myself and appreciated nature a little more.
